SPFA Accreditation Courses; Equipment, 101, 101-R, 101-BE 

Mason Knowles WebBob Jutras WebMason Knowles and Bob Jutras have teamed up to offer these courses at a convenient location in Southern California.  Together Mason and Bob have trained more than 1000 people in the art of spraying foam and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.  

 The purpose of the SPFA Accreditation Program is to provide the industry with up to date training in the application of spray polyurethane foams and coatings, and good business practices through education.

Course Descriptions: 

Day 1   Equipment - 5 major equipment components of the spray foam system  Hands on combined with theory of operation of Supply Pumps, Proportioners, Pre-Heaters, Heated Hose, Spray Guns.  There is also a troubleshooting section that covers most common issues.

Day 2   101 - Fundamentals of Spray Foam Covers the basics everyone in the foam industry or interested in the foam industry needs to know.

Day 3   101-R - Fundamentals of Spray Foam and Covering Systems This comprehensive course is the foundation of spray foam roofing and comes with a bonus DVD.

Day 4   101-BE - Fundamentals of Spray Foam & Covering Systems for the Building Envelope  This comprehensive course is the foundation of spray foam in the building envelope.

The cost of each course for early registration is $325.  If you want to take all 4 courses, we are offering a $100 discount ($25 per course).   Lunch will be provided each day.

5-Day Spray Foam Roofing Class

This is the ultimate comprehensive training course, providing both classroom discussion and hands-on learning. Our state-of-the-art classroom and spray training room in San Bernardino CA are designed to give our students the competitive edge and expertise they will need out in the field. The 5-day course is designed to give students a thorough understanding of the materials used in polymer roofing, and a general review of safety and environmental topics, including the applicator's responsibility to protect the public and the environment during the application of polymer roofs. Our intensive application training covers surface prep, weather factors, equipment adjustments, and application methods.
