PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Carlisle Spray Technologies built the new IS40 proportioner, part of the IntelliSpray system, to increase productivity and sprayer uptime. With intuitive, easy to use controls and automation through the system’s fully independent motors and drives, contractors will save in materials and labor. Sprayers will increase productivity by decreasing warm-up time, maintain a consistent temperature and pressure at the gun, and bring next-generation automation to the jobsite.

DESIGNED FROM THE GROUND UP FOR INCREASED PERFORMANCE

To ensure ratio accuracy, fully independent motors, drives, and pumps separately manage A and B-side pressures and flow rates. Sprayer uptime increases with high-efficiency heating and pressure management Improved heating efficiency through low-mass heaters on the low-pressure side that prevents material charring. The modular design, with removable A and B modules, improves serviceability and allows more repairs to be completed on the job site UNMATCHED DeltaT AND TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE CONTROL

The IS40 Proportioner communicates seamlessly with the QuickHeat Hose, providing superior temperature and pressure control near the gun Reduced warm up by 50%, allowing sprayers to start up faster on the jobsite.
