Climate control products can be the difference in comfort and productivity on the job when using a respirator. Bullard offers a few different belt mounted options to control climate. Designed for use in airline respirators, each climate control system enables the user to control and adjust the temperature of the air that is coming into to the respirator, to either a warmer or colder degree. Cool Tube Assemblies can cool incoming air by up to 30° F, and allow the user to be able to control the temperature to match their perfect comfort level. CT Cool Tubes are some of Bullard latest innovations in climate control. The CT Cool Tubes are designed for use in extremely hot and humid environments, and will help maintain worker comfort, which will help you maximize productivity.

Hot/Cold Tube Assemblies (HC) combine the best of both worlds. Air coming into your respirator can be cooled or warmed depending on the environment you are working in. When cooling the HC assemblies will cool up to 30° F, and when warming the HC can increase the temperature by 30° F. Dual-Cooling (DC) tubes are designed to cool both your air temperature, and your body temperature all with a single device. The DC tubes will direct air to the respirator and to a cooling vest on the user’s torso and comes with dual knobs to allow different temperatures for each outlet.
