Hoppers

Support System

Garlock's traditional trash chute support system for round chutes features all the items needed to offer chute support, and can support up to 20 chute sections, or 80 feet of chute. A secondary winch support system fits inside the central support system, allowing winch attachment.

Winches

This brand offers optional winches that work with the support system. Each has a cable that you winch up systematically until you have attached and fastened all the chute segments. 

There are three main options to choose from:

• Swing-arm joist: This product features a basic mechanical system that uses counterweights to lift the chutes. It can lift up to 400 pounds.
• Hand-powered hoist: This lightweight product weighs only 76 pounds. It has an adjustable boom reach and can lift up to 300 pounds when counterweights are used.
• Hydraulic hoist: The hydraulic hoist can lift up to 2,000 pounds, offering excellent speed and rugged durability for larger industrial operations.
