4520 Hennes-Johnson Cold Process Sprayer

The Hennes Johnson 4520 sprayer was designed for modified bitumen, as well as waterproofing emulsions and elastomeric coatings that require airless applications. With 4500 PSI pressure and a Honda engine powering it, the 4520 sprayer can outperform on even the most complex spraying jobs. An abundance of built in features cater to refining results and allowing for fast and easy adjustments in order to meet application demands.

The 4520 sprayer can be used to power multiple guns as well as nozzles with dual tips. In addition, the design for direct feed allows for you to quickly and easily change from a 55 gallon drum to a larger bulk tank with just a few simple adjustments. The 20 horse power gas Honda engine has an electric starter and built in features to alert and shut down from low oil allowing you to focus on the task without costly damage to your equipment. Operation is user friendly with dashboard simplicity and easy maintenance for cleaning and for modifications during the application process.

Additional added benefits of the Hennes-Johnson 4520 include more versatility with the quick change displacement pump, allowing for you to remove, clean and reattach using only a few hand tools versus the traditional complex process seen with other sprayers. The 4520 also gives you access to add hydraulic hose reels, transfer pumps and mixers giving you double duty capabilities from one piece of equipment.
