BB75-CO Breather Box with CO Monitor

Filter for Grade D air with the BB75-CO breather box by Air Systems International. Designed to provide air for 4 to 6 users, and portable to move from job to job. Required when using a compressed air source to provide respirator users with breathing air, a breather box is an economical and effective solution. Meeting OSHA standards and accompanied by a free air quality lab test, Air Systems’ BB75-CO includes a built in CO monitor and a warranty ( 2 year) on sensor and monitor.

The BB75-CO has a triple stage filtration system in place that includes alerts for filter change on each stage. Working together to provide 99.99% filtration efficiency at .01 microns. Stage one filters out waters and particulates and features an auto drain. Stage two removes ultra-fine particulates, mists and atomized oils, using a coalescing filter. The third and final stage has a manual drain, and filters out remaining odors and organic vapors. All three stages feature the filter indicator change alert, and CO monitor keeps an eye on the Carbon monoxide levels in the breathing air.
