BB100-COPM Mounted Air Panel 4-8 Users

The BB100COPM is a fixed mount air panel to be permanently installed to provide Grade D breathing Air for 4 to 8 respirator users. The triple stage filtration system has an efficiency rating of 99.99% at .01 microns and is approved for both OSHA and Canadian air standards, as well as for the NIOSH max capacity per user. Giving 100CFM at 123 CFM capacity flow, the BB100 COPM has 4 respirator couplings or NPT outlet. When you place your order, specify Hansen or Schrader ¼” fitting, or for an additional fee you may select other fittings as well.

The triple stage filtration of the BB100 COPM works to filter bulk water and any particulates in the first stage, and then ultra fine particulates and atomized oils in stage two completed by a third and final stage that removes odors and any organic vapors. All three of the filtration stages feature a filter indicator alerting the user of a change required, and a continuously operating Carbon Monoxide monitor is also in place. If higher CO levels are found, an alarm system that includes lights and sound will let the user know so that action can be taken. The entire unit is powered by a 115 VAC electrical box, and mounted on a steel powder coated panel.
