GX7 DI 4/213 for Polyurethane, Polyurea Coatings

For polyurethane, polyurea and other hybrid plural component coating applications, the GX7 DI by Graco is the gun for the job. The GX7 DI was designed for superior mix, application and maintenance reduction to allow you to spray for longer periods of time, with more precise application, and with a decrease in the routine maintenance demands seen with other coatings equipment. Use the GX7 DI for coating applications (Medium output) for fast setting plural component coatings – polyurea, polyurethane and hybrid. The built in internal impingement design gives a better mix and more pattern control during spraying, and the GX7 DI is built Graco tough to handle the abuse the jobsite dishes out, as well as the abuse the materials give. The direct impingement mixing process gives a better finish for the surface of polyurea applications, and both the spray tip and the gun block have a no-stick coating that makes maintenance easier.

Other features include the build in mechanical self cleaning, eliminating the normal expensive solvent flushing process – and the screw in design for the filter makes filter cleaning and service easy.
