Ventilation with CVFEX15Kit for Confined Space
For a hazardous location that requires an explosion proof set up, the CVFEX15 Kit by Air Systems International is a great one-stop shop solution to ventilation for a confined space. Combining the economical price point that Air Systems International is known for with the quality manufacturing and equipment craftsmanship, you get safety and regulatory needs met in one simple to order kit. The kit includes the CVF-8EXP explosion proof axial fan, 15 feet of conductive ducting, the conductive canister and a UL / CSA approved motor that is explosion proof.
Part of the recently added Contractor Grade Series of Axial fans, the CVF-8EXP is built to be rugged and durable in order to take the normal jobsite beating on a daily basis. The protective polyethylene design protects the 8 inch, 115 VAC electric fan, featuring a 10 foot power cord and the sealed, built in switch that is NEC wired for hazardous environments (Class I, C&D – Class II, E,F&G).
Also included in the kit is the full Saddle Vent system set up for ventilation of a confined space. The Saddle Vent itself is patented Air Systems International technology, providing for even faster set up and flexibility at the entry point of your confined space. Made to take up less space than a traditional system (The Saddle Vent uses on 3” at entry point) and also to eliminate the labor intensive task of removing and replacing the set up each time a worker enters or exits the space. This gives you the maximum safety precautions as well as cutting set up time.
Order your CVFEX15Kit for hazardous environments today at Intech, and you receive the CVF-8EXP Axial Fan, ducting (15ft.), the conductive canister (6ft. ducting), the Saddle Vent set up with 90 degree SV angle, and the universal mount. Meeting industry regulations for hazardous environments while selecting quality equipment has never been easier!
